About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Head of Operations (Germany) to lead our German operations as we continue to grow our presence in the trading card industry. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing our sales channels, staff, and inventory within Germany. You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, hitting targets, and building a strong community of collectors and enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Channel Management

• Oversee and optimise all sales channels within Germany
• Coordinate online and offline sales strategies to drive growth

Team & People Management

• Manage, lead, and support German staff
• Assign tasks clearly and ensure high team productivity

Inventory & Purchasing

• Manage inventory levels efficiently
• Place timely and accurate purchase orders

Performance & Reporting

• Track KPIs and ensure quotas and targets are met
• Present performance data and operational insights clearly in both German and English

Community & Brand Growth

• Champion the growth of our German trading card community
• Represent our brand with passion and professionalism

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the sports card industry
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Germany
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Confident with IT tools including Shopify, Excel, and other relevant software
• Proven experience in staff management and clear task delegation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for growth and community engagement
