We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at our Liverpool office. This role focuses on managing and organising trading card orders from our website breaks, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

This is a full-time, office-based position and is not open to remote working.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and organise trading card orders from website breaks
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and meet required deadlines
  • Use internal systems to track, update, and organise orders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and shipments
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Identify and report any order discrepancies or issues

Requirements


  • Previous admin or office-based experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with internal systems and databases
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a structured office environment
  • Interest in trading cards is a bonus but not required
